What Is Your Passive Income System?
I could have phrased this title: how much money do you make every day, week, month online? But what I want you to get home today is that you need to have a passive income system in place that you can rely on whatever you do. If something fails, then you still have this passive income that keeps your head above the water.
By doing this, you also create assets.
If you have tried many “systems” and currently don’t make any money, then you have no system. It takes some dedication to perfect a system that provides a passive income. And it also take some choice and focus to create it in the first place.
Now if you make a bit of money here and there, maybe there is one that you can improve on. Sure you don’t want to keep all your eggs in the same basket. However you should focus on creating something of value for you that will pay off for years to come. Not just this week.
And this is a concept I’m pretty sure you agree with. That means you need to have a long term vision of what you want to achieve. It’s not just the “$10,000 per month” goal (or whatever amount) you have in mind. It’s how you will get there, and stay there and ultimately, go beyond that.
So what is your ONE single system? Do you sell your own products or services? Are you exclusively doing affiliate marketing? Do you publish Kindle books? Are you a blogger?
Whatever method or system you are into, you need to have a process, a strategy clearly defined that you, or your employees or virtual staff can go through to make it work.
If you make $10 per day, it is a $10 per day or $300 per month system. If you make, $100 per day, then this is a $100 per day or $3000 per month system.
Define your goal, break it down into steps (even baby steps), that you should go through to achieve this goal. Then figure out how you can scale this system. Maybe you can do more of everything you’re already doing. This can mean:
– getting more traffic to your existing offers
– repeating the same system with another product in the same niche, or in another niche
– charging more, or promoting higher ticket products if you’re an affiliate
– improving conversions (testing copy and design)
Think about the points you can leverage in your system to get more of that you want or need. Fill the gaps, or add more elements to your system. Again, this comes only after you have created a system first.
Now if you already have this kind of process, I want you to share it here so others can benefit from it. What do you do to make it work? Write it in the comments, I want to read it.
And if you don’t have a system in place, create one. At least on paper, so you get a visual representation of it. Even the most basic one such as traffic => offer. Ideas will start popping in your head: you now have steps, start executing!
Remember this will be something you can rely on when everything else fails. But above all, it doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to exist. If you’re looking for the perfect system you may never get started.
It just If had to recommend a passive income system to rely on as a marketer, it would be to build your list. So with your pen and paper in hand, you can start to design your traffic to squeeze page strategy. It could be optin forms on your blog instead of a squeeze page, the overall strategy in this case is to get people on your list.
This is a very small step towards your success but it counts. Plan your passive income system now and don’t forget to share it in the comments.
